To initiate the process, customers are required to provide accurate size and measurements using the provided size chart. Please acknowledge the confirmation email from our customer support team to proceed.

Be cautious with measurements, as we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once you’ve confirmed our email.

If, however, there’s an error in the size we deliver, contact our customer support within 14 days. No returns or exchanges will be processed beyond this period. The same applies if you receive a product of the wrong color or if it doesn’t match the image displayed.

Customers are responsible for shipment charges for any refund, return, or exchange.

Order cancellations are advised within 3 days of placement, incurring a 25% charge. After 3 days, a 45% deduction applies. No cancellations are accepted after 7 days. Please ensure cancellation within this timeframe if needed.
