Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
- If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation:

- Provide your order number and order details
Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already in fulfillment or shipment.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- Once processed, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
4. Non-Cancelable Orders
